Inquiries
The inquiry form prepares an email draft on your device. This static website does not store or transmit form entries to a CRM. If you send the email, Charlie receives the details you choose to include and uses them to respond. Any optional marketing request is separate from an inspection inquiry.
Sharing
Inspection reports should be shared only with the client and the recipients the client authorizes. No advertising tracking scripts or analytics are installed on this website. The hosting provider may process operational access information.
Questions and choices
Email jonescharlie15@gmail.com to ask about an inquiry or request that future marketing messages stop. Contact Charlie to request a correction or deletion of information you have provided. Project-specific record requirements are addressed in the written service agreement.
Inspection limitations
A home inspection is a visual review of accessible conditions within its written scope. It is not exhaustive, invasive, an engineering opinion, a warranty, or a guarantee of future performance. Environmental services and specialty inspections require their own scope. Mold observations or laboratory results do not establish individual health risk or guarantee a mold-free building.
A service agreement, confirmed qualifications for the requested scope, a written fee, and an appointment confirmation are required before service.
